Within 1–2 business days

Most replies go out the same day. We answer in the order messages arrive, and we don't outsource support.

How does the queue order work?

Pincoxe applies three rules in this order: pinned tasks first, overdue tasks next, everything else by deadline. There is no manual ranking — pin what matters and the queue takes care of the rest.

Using the focus timer

Tap any task, choose one of the six presets (short sprint to deep block), and start. The timer runs in the background. When it ends, the task is marked complete and the next item rises to the top.

Where is my data stored?

Everything stays on your device. Pincoxe does not have an account system, does not sync to the cloud, and does not transmit your tasks anywhere. Removing the app removes your data.

Stats, streaks and focus time

Open the dashboard tab to see completed tasks, your streak of productive days, and total time logged in focus mode. Streaks reset if a day passes with zero completions — pinned reminders help avoid that.

Reporting a bug or suggesting a feature

Send a short note to help@pincoxe.com with what you expected and what happened. Screenshots help. Feature ideas are welcome — we read every one, even when we can't ship them.

If a crash repeats, restarting the app and reopening clears the in-memory state without touching your tasks. If the issue continues, let us know which preset or which task type triggered it.
