The terms below govern your use of the Pincoxe application. By installing or using Pincoxe, you agree to these terms.
Pioxc SRL grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pincoxe on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not transfer ownership of the software.

The Pincoxe name, logo, design, code, copy, and visual assets are the exclusive property of Pioxc SRL and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
Pincoxe is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pioxc SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or productivity — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, Pincoxe, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This license remains in effect until terminated. It will end automatically, without notice, if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Pincoxe and remove the application from your devices. The sections concerning intellectual property, no warranty, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pioxc SRL is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Pincoxe shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
